Nature Choice is fully committed to complying with the ethical principles set out in our Code of Conduct, as well as with all current legislation and regulations in our relations with our stakeholders, and in all the activities we carry out.
The company has a Complaint Channel (click here to consult it) which sets out the values, commitments and ethical responsibilities assumed by all those who form part of our business structure.
The whistle-blowing channel is managed by a Compliance Body with autonomous powers of initiative and control in matters of regulatory compliance, which guarantees the security and confidentiality of the information communicated.
Communications may be anonymous or non-anonymous and may contain any doubts or queries on ethical and regulatory compliance matters. All will be received and reviewed diligently, rigorously, confidentially and treated in accordance with the protocol established for this purpose, based on best practices, with the aim of responding to them and processing them in an orderly manner.
