First we must wash the tomatoes and cut them in two. We left them salted and draining for half an hour. Meanwhile, a mix with the chopped garlic, parsley, breadcrumbs, salt and oil can be prepared.
After the tomatoes are dried, we fill them with the mix we’ve just prepared. Then we put it in the oven at 200ºC during 40 minutes or when the tomatoes are browned.
This recipe is specially recommended for red meats and fish and also can be accompanied by mozzarella cheese.
